Fee-component pallet pools may bill a small amount per pallet per day from issue until the pallet is transferred off your account. Multiplied by dwell days and by thousands of pallets, it can be the largest line on the invoice.
Daily rental is why dwell time matters so much in pooled programs. A pallet that sits in your yard for an extra week costs seven days of rent. Fast transfer reporting is the cheapest way to reduce it.
